SS Nomadic is owned by Titanic Foundation Limited and operated by Titanic Belfast Limited, Titanic Belfast’s commercial operator, who will align SS Nomadic to their 5 star visitor attraction experience.

It was recognised that there would be significant benefits in joining up the operations of both Titanic Belfast and the SS Nomadic to advance the development and promotion of Titanic Quarter as an international maritime heritage destination.

Titanic Belfast was created as one of five key tourism signature projects to enhance Northern Ireland's tourism offering. Constructed by Harcourt Developments, who broke ground in May 2009, the architecturally unique building opened to critical acclaim on 31 March 2012 in time for the centenary of the sinking of Titanic.

The Titanic Experience extends over nine galleries, with multiple dimensions to the exhibition, drawing together special effects, a dark ride, full-scale reconstructions and innovative interactive features to explore the Titanic story in a fresh and insightful way. Visitors can explore the shipyard, travel to the depths of the ocean and uncover the true legend of Titanic, in the city where it all began.

In addition to the Titanic Experience, Titanic Belfast offers an award-winning fully guided walking tour, luxurious conference and banqueting suites, an excellent education suite and also hosts regular separate ticketed events in the Andrews Gallery. The building also provides facilities to relax and dine in The Galley Café, Bistro 401 or at Sunday Afternoon Tea, as well as the opportunity to shop in the Titanic Store for that special gift.

The proximity of the historic Titanic & Olympic Slipways, the Harland & Wolff Drawing Offices, and Hamilton Graving Dock, where the SS Nomadic is now berthed, provides a unique and authentic experience for all visitors.
